These Terms govern your use of Jamcrowd. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Jamcrowd.

1. The service

Jamcrowd is a social network for musicians, bands, and studios: profiles, posts, messages, and related features at jam.haveto.dev. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login secure.
You are responsible for activity under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required where you live).
One person or organization per account unless we agree otherwise.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of content you post (text, images, audio, profile data).
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate Jamcrowd.
You confirm you have the rights to post what you upload and that it does not infringe others’ rights.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Harass, threaten, scam, or impersonate others.
Post illegal, hateful, or sexually exploitative content, especially involving minors.
Spam, scrape at scale, or interfere with the service or other users.
Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community.

5. Messages & public profiles

Private messages are for participants only. Public profile pages and posts you make public may be visible to others (and indexed when public SEO pages are enabled). You choose what you share.

6. Third-party logins

If you sign in with Google or Facebook, their terms and privacy policies also apply to that login. We receive limited account data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

Jamcrowd is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that content is accurate, or that you will find collaborators. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Termination

You may delete your account as described on the User data deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations or to protect the service and users.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
